1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in much the same way. We use the word "cookies" on this page to cover all of them.
2. What we use
| Name | What it does | How long it lasts | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| bloom_cookie_choice | Remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics, so that we do not ask you on every page | Until you clear your browser's site data | Essential |
| _ga and _ga_* | Google Analytics. Helps us understand how visitors use the site so that we can improve it | Up to 2 years | Analytics. Only set if you accept |
We do not use advertising or marketing cookies.
3. The map on our contact page
Our contact page includes a map provided by Google. It only loads when you choose "Show map". When it does, Google may set its own cookies and collect information in line with its own privacy policy.
4. Your choices
When you first visit, we ask whether you are happy for us to use analytics cookies. Declining is as easy as accepting, and the site works in exactly the same way whichever you choose. You can change your mind at any time using the button below or the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
5. Questions
If you have any questions about how we use cookies, email hello@bloomaccountancy.co.uk. You can also read our Privacy Policy.
